End of school happenings.

Tessa had a dance recital.  She did such a good job and looked so cute.  She got to dance on a stage at the Covey Art Center.

Tacoma graduated from the 6th grade.  It is their last year in Elementary School so they do a graduation for them.  He will be in Jr. High next year...yikes.

 Taigely with Mrs. Phillips on the last day of 4th grade.  She had a good year and is ready for 5th grade.

 Tessa with Mrs. Laura at her preschool graduation.  All of the kids except Tacoma has had her for a teacher.  It was a fun year.  Tessa doesn't turn 5 until January so she gets to do one more year of preschool.  She is going to go to Itty Bitty Bruins preschool.  We are excited summer is here and staying busy with baseball, softball and tee ball.

Easter

We headed down to St. George for an Easter baseball tournament.  We colored a lot of Easter eggs and enjoyed the great weather.  It was a fun weekend.

 

 

 When it was time to go these two were missing.  They were playing with Dixie in her kennel.  Poor Dixie..

Birthdays!!

January and February are a couple of busy birthday month's at our house.  Tacoma's birthday came first.  He turned the big 12.  He got a suit, shirt, tie and shoes.  Boy did he look great passing the sacrament.  I am so proud of him and the decisions he is making.  He is growing into a young man.  Boy does that make me old..

 Tacoma and Tessa's birthday's are 4 days apart so we had a party for both of them together.  Tessa turned 4.  She doesn't know why her feet are not bigger because she is 4 and not 3.

She was spoiled and got a lot of cute and fun things.

Taigely's birthday was next. She turned 10.  She got a swimsuit and a ....

new ski to slalom on.  She was so excited and can't wait to try it out.  Now if only it would quit snowing...

After Taigely's b-day it was mine.  Troy took me to see the movie Safe Haven and out to dinner at Market Street Grill.  It was so yummy!  Thanks for the fun day, even if we had to drop by the office for an hour and a half.  It's been a busy but fun couple of months and I think everyone had a good birthday.

All of us ate giant crab legs and shrimp except for Taige who was grossed out.  They were delicious.

 

We have been watching the Star Wars Saga and finished 3 & 4 off that night.  Then at midnight we went outside to do sparklers.  It was so cold that after 5 minutes we were ready to come back inside.

Christmas Eve

We made it back from Disneyland at midnight on the 23rd.  We didn't want to drive through another storm and we wanted to be back for Christmas.  We had a Christmas Eve party at Grandma's house.

Back at our house Tacoma built a fire and we did smores.

Then the kids all slept together on the floor.  They actually all fell asleep and got to stay together.

Our Christmas tree...  It is something to be desired, but one we all picked out together.

Disneyland!!

For Christmas this year Santa gave our family a trip to Disneyland!!  Boy were we all excited!!  Troy's sister's family came with us.  We had sooo much fun!!

It's a small world was neat at Christmas.  It was all lit up and they sang it's a small world mixed with Christmas songs.

We spent the first day at Disneyland celebrating Talon's birthday.  He got to wear a pin that said it was his birthday and Goofy sang Happy Birthday to him.  All of the workers who saw the pin told him Happy Birthday and talked to him.  He loved it!  There was one ride where the worker forgot to tell Talon Happy Birthday so he pointed to his pin and said "did you forget to tell me something?"  It was pretty funny.  I am pretty sure he thought his birthday was the best ever...

We really had a fun and memorable time at Disneyland.  Christmas was busy, magical and definitely worth it!!
